Shipping

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Rates

• Free tracked shipping on orders of $49 or more (after discounts).
• $5.95 flat rate on orders under $49.

Timing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to the United States and Canada usually takes 6–12 business days after dispatch. Each product page shows its own estimate.

Multiple parcels

Our gadgets are stocked by specialist fulfilment partners, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking.

Delays and lost parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived 25 business days after dispatch, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
