You have 30 days from delivery to decide whether a gadget is right for you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement or refund you in full, and you don't need to send anything back.

Change of mind

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We refund the item price once the return is received; original shipping charges and return postage aren't refunded.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
